Vacuum tubes consists of two glass tubes outer tube and inner tube
Outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass and adopted magnetism control
Inner tube is made of borosilicate glass
Excellent solar heat absorption
Intercept efficiency: > 93%
Low heat reflection properties: < 0.86%
Main types of vacuum tube: 47 x 1,500, 58 x 1,800, 58 x 2,000 and 70 x 2,100mm
Stagnation temperature: 180 to 190 degrees Celsius
Heat insulating time: 72 to 80 hours
Hail resistance: 25mm
Description:
All glass evacuated tubes are the key component of solar collectors
The evacuated tube is similar to a conventional Dewar flask and consists of two borosilicate glass tubes, a glass with high chemical and thermal shock resistance
The outer side of the inner tube is coated with a sputtered solar selective surface
This coated inner tube is closed at one end and sealed at the other end to the outer tube
The annular space between the outer tube and inner tube is evacuated to virtually eliminate heat loss by conduction and convection
